From the moment we were born, this world has made it very difficult to not only know who we are, but to have the permission to be our authentic selves. We have been programmed to conform, fit in, and follow the rules in order to earn love and acceptance.
In doing this, we had to abandon true ourselves and began to see ourselves as being weird, broken and in constant need of fixing and improving.
But if we use the language of astrology, we can begin to look at ourselves through a different lens, an energetic one.
Each pair of complementary zodiac signs (signs that are directly across from each other) has ways of communicating or relating with each other. The feminine and masculine energies are expressed within each but we rarely understand how to harmonize or bring these energies into balance.
Too often we are unbalanced within these energies, which is when we things like illness, dis-ease, dysfunction, or suffering surfaces in our lives.
Using Astrology in this way allows us to move beyond seeing what is wrong, broken, or painful with us, so we can see ourselves through unconditional love, compassion, and the truth of our divinity.

Each session we will explore one complementary pair, their corresponding invitations in your life, how to recognize when you get out of balance, and how to harmonize when you do. In addition, you will experience guided meditations and embodiment practices to help you more fully connect with the energies.
